The Summit League Tournament, which culls its field from the top six teams in the conference's regular-season standings, is then set for Nov. 17-19 in Denver, Colo.
"We're very excited for the 2017 season and the opportunity to play such a high caliber of opponents,” head coach Rose Shires said. “Our team is ready for the level of competition that we have on our schedule, and it will be exciting for our fans as well. Being able to compete in tournaments with such close proximity to Omaha allows us to play opponents from the Big 12, Big Ten and Missouri Valley all within four hours of our city. We look forward to our three road tournaments and to open our home schedule with an incredible field in the Omaha Challenge, which will leave us well prepared for Summit League play.”
